Dear Little Rock
some days ago I received a sampler copy of the new album of your band
and I now want to thank you so much for sending it to me: I suppose you
did it because one of my DJ friends, Lord Litter or Eddie Russell,
suggested to you.
Anyhow I really appreciate what you did because the Little Rock was
one of the most pleasant surprises I had the pleasure to get in recent
times. This is in fact a very fine band, rootsy like the Byrds, catchy
like Fleetwood Mac, impetuous like George Thorogood and subtle like the
Eagles. Both when it plays a slow ballad or a vibrant rock'n'roll, Little
Rock knows always how to do it in the best possible way!
As you can see from the alleged play lists, I started playing "Little
Rock" immediately in my radio show of American roots music here, and be
sure that more will follow on air in the next weeks! I only a favour to
ask, if this is a problem for you; in fact the copy of the CD you sent to
me has a little crack on the border so that the songs are not all
playable. I'd like therefore to receive another copy if possible, along
with the back cover of the album because that was not enclosed in the
packet I received.
